FOR PARENTS
There are various ways that parents can be involved with the team. Attending parent meetings, helping with fundraisers, or volunteering for tournaments that we may host are all valuable ways that parents can be involved.

Perhaps the most valuable way that parents can be involved is by volunteering to judge at tournaments. No speech experience is necessary. Early in January the coaches will hold a Parent Judge Training Meeting to teach you everything you need to know about how to judge at a speech tournament. Not only does this help parents get involved in the activity and experience what the students are doing, but it helps the team save money so we don’t have to hire outside judges to bring every week.
